When: if you raise a question via ‘contact’; otherwise not;
Purpose: to answer your question;
Duration: we will delete your name and email address 12 months after the date of last contact.
All processing of personal data by Deltares will be in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Third party subprocessors
· Deltares makes your personal data available to RCN (https://resilientcitiesnetwork.org/) for the purpose of general maintenance to this Reachout website. RCN does not process your personal data for any other reason.
· Deltares will not make your personal data available to any other third parties including our project partners, unless you have provided us with your explicit written consent to do so, or if there is a legal obligation to do so. Any questions for a project partner will be raised with that partner anonymously.
Security and how to exercise your rights
To protect your personal data, Deltares has effective technical and organisational measures, including a management system for information security that complies with the international standard (ISO 27001: 2013) and relevant legislation and regulations; continuous procedures to increase our ability to cope with cyberthreats; measures for data backup, system access, system integrity, virus checking, passwords and encryption, and an effective corporate crisis plan. If you want to see your personal data we process, you can send us a written request to that effect. If some personal data prove not to be correct, we can correct them for you on your request.
