Chiara Cagnazzo is the Sectoral Information System Manager of the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), where she addresses the challenge of transforming user needs in different sectors into usable climate derived information, to aid the making of informed decisions related to climate variations at different timescales. Before joining C3S, as a scientist her prior research at the National Research Center in Italy was dedicated to understanding the role of atmospheric variability and its representation in models on climate predictability, at timescales from sub-seasonal to decadal, as well as on long-term climate projections.
