Dr. Denise McCullagh is a researcher in the Impacts and Adaptation Group at MaREI, University College Cork, Ireland. Denise is the lead researcher on the Transboundary Adaptation Learning Exchange (TALX) project, supporting the development of place-based adaptation partnerships and the assessment of national climate adaptation policy in the UK and Ireland. Denise’s research focuses on climate adaptation in the public, private and third sectors, from local to international scales.
