I hope that my role as Gdynia’s liaison partner will make the city use the developed tools.
I believe that the project will contribute to familiarizing citizens and decision-makers with many years of work of scientists collecting climate data. We definitely should all have access to friendly tools that facilitate communication of climate data and making the right decisions based on them.
Ewa is a coordinator at the Sendzimir Foundation, whose mission is activities related to sustainable development, particularly the implementation of nature-based solutions. In the foundation, Ewa coordinates long-term projects regarding participatory spatial planning, implementation of blue-green infrastructure, and raising awareness of knowledge about climate change. In addition, she is interested in scientific communication, particularly concerning global warming and biodiversity.
