Intense convective precipitations are a major risk to urban development in Europe. Copernicus SIS, developed by CMCC and other partners, is a suitable tool for (1) identifying hotspots of pluvial hazards, (2) assess annual expected damage from pluvial hazards, and (3) explore DRR & CCA intervention and their CBA.
