Storytelling is the art of using a narrative to encourage imagination, convey knowledge, and motivate the audience. Telling stories is an essential part of the social and cultural heritage of humankind. In REACHOUT, we are co-producing climate stories for the city hubs, to raise awareness of climate change impacts, explain (potentially) complicated climate data and services, demonstrate adaptation measures, and mobilise a broad group of end-users to take action.
Our city hubs: Athens, Cork, Gdynia, Lillestrøm, Logroño and Milan have spent the last year developing their climate stories. Each city has a unique message to share, and this deliverable gives insight into the narrative and status of each story at this point in time, as well as some learning experiences from the process so far.
