Urban Challenges

Urban Challenges concern common policy challenges for cities to build climate resilience, while integrating adaptation actions within the broader policy context.

In this section you will find an initial set of urban challanges narratives by showcasing various perspectives on what urban resilience means, identified urban challenges, and the best ways to utilize the relevant tools, data and climate services along the REACHOUT Triple-A framework. These perspectives encompass various interpretations of the main issues and the necessary forms of intervention (policies) to address them.

Once developed, the narratives can also be reused by other policy makers to learn and make their city more climate resilient.
